FastCalGas™ Free Delivery
This Free Delivery offer is provided by Martek Marine Ltd, t/a FastCalGas. By placing an order that qualifies for this offer, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
- Free standard delivery is available on eligible orders placed via FastCalGas. No other product lines are eligible.
- The offer is available to customers worldwide, subject to local delivery capabilities.
- Minimum order values apply.
- Martek Marine Ltd reserves the right, in our sole and absolute discretion, to withhold or decline to extend this offering to any purchaser, subject to and following our internal qualification process.
- Free delivery is automatically applied to all qualifying orders and is highlighted in your quotation. No promo code is required.
- Split shipments are not permitted under this offer. All goods must be shipped together in a single consignment.
- Offer cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, or delivery-related incentives unless otherwise specified.
- This offer does not cover any costs, delays, or arrangements associated with the redelivery or return of goods. Any redelivery required for any reason, including but not limited to customer unavailability, incorrect address details, refusal to accept delivery, or any other circumstance beyond our control, shall be the sole responsibility of the customer and will not be included within the scope of this offer.
- Offer covers freight charges only; DAP (Delivered at Place) or CPT (Carriage Paid To), as applicable. Duties, taxes, customs clearance fees, import charges, and any other associated costs at the destination country are not included in the quoted price and shall be the sole responsibility of the buyer.
- A hazardous goods paperwork charge of USD $30 will be applied to each order requiring the preparation of hazardous materials documentation. This fee is mandatory where applicable regulations require such documentation and will still be due on orders eligible for the free delivery offer.

FastCalGas Free Gas Tube Pump When You Switch Supplier
- Offer only available to customers who switch their gas tube supply service to Martek Marine Ltd
- If a Gastec pump is already in use by the customer, this will not be replaced by FastCalGas.
- Offer only valide on orders of 5 tube packs or more
- Offer only valid on orders placed before midnight (GMT) on Wednesday 31st December 2025
- Only one (1) standard gas tube pump will be provided free of charge per vessel
Book Your Servicing for 2026 and Secure 2025 Pricing & Priority Booking
- Applies to customers booking servicing for fixed equipment originally installed and approved by Martek Marine
- Applies to qualifying bookings made prior to midnight (GMT) Wednesday 31st December 2025 for any date in 2026.
- Bookings made during 2025 will be charged at 2025 servicing rates.
- Customers who pre-book for 2026 will receive priority scheduling when service dates are allocated.
- Priority is subject to engineer availability within your region.
- Normal service contract terms apply for any booking made
- Cancellations made after the 31st December 2025 will forfeit their offer and will be subject to any price rises that subsequently come into effect.
- Valid for bookings made between Friday 28th November and 5pm Wednesday 31st December 2025.
Triple-C – Get It Now, Pay Later, Plus a Guarantee
- Offer applies only to Triple-C gas detectors purchased directly from Martek Marine and does not cover any accessories or other gas detector models.
- Invoice will be issued for payment by the end of January 2026
- Deferred payment is subject to approval under our credit terms.
- The 2-month guarantee starts from notification of delivery to your chosen address.
- Refund requests must be submitted within 2 months of purchase and require returning the device in reasonable condition. Any refund will only be paid when the units arrive back at our UK headquarters and are found in a good condition.
- For non-guarantee returns, standard return policies apply.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the device is faulty. In this case, warranty terms and conditions apply.
- Offer valid for purchases made between Friday 28th November 2025 and Wednesday 31st December 2025, unless withdrawn earlier.
