    VERSATILE YET SIMPLE TO USE

The feature-rich range of instruments are suitable for all marine applications including confined space monitoring, cargo monitoring and inerting.

    MEASURE UP TO 5 GASES

Up to 5 gases can be simultaneously measured and displayed. The hydrocarbon range, which utilises the latest infrared technology, can be calibrated with Butane, Propane, or Methane, depending on application.

    ON-BOARD CALIBRATION & CERTIFICATE PRINTING

The Marine Tankscape™ also comes complete with an impressive and practical suite of application software. Our bespoke software not only allows simple on-board calibration but critically provides the ability to print calibration certificates. In addition, complete data logging software comes as standard allowing logged gas readings, with vessel locations, to be uploaded to a PC.

    NEW SOLAS REGULATION XI-1/7

A new draft SOLAS regulation is due to be adopted by the IMO requiring all SOLAS applicable vessels to carry portable gas detectors for monitoring enclosed spaces.

SOLAS Chapter XI-1 will see the addition of a new regulation 7:

“Every ship to which Chapter 1 applies shall carry an appropriate portable atmosphere testing instrument or instruments. As a minimum, these shall be capable to measuring concentrations of oxygen, flammable gases or vapours, hydrogen sulphide and carbon monoxide. Instruments carried under other requirements may satisfy this regulation. Suitable means shall be provided for the calibration of all such instruments."
