Infra-red Refrigerant Leak Detection System (IRLDS)
CHILLSAFE® is a multi-point refrigerant gas detection system utilising an infra-red refrigerant gas analyser that offers the ultimate in reliability and accuracy.
Employed on LNG re-liquidisation plants, reefer vessels and in provision areas on cruise ships. Gas samples are extracted sequentially from up to 16 individual points and selected for analysis using solenoid valves.
The CHILLSAFE® system is unique in that it requires no recalibration in service, thus providing significant cost savings on calibration visits.
The system is suitable for many applications including military, marine, refrigeration plant rooms, food manufacturing plants and offshore. Local indication of alarm conditions is provided from relay contacts within the system.
