Background: Steve is a co-founder of Martek Marine Ltd and has a seagoing background, working on Arctic trawlers, Royal Navy hydrographic ships as well as seismic survey vessels for the oil industry.

He studied Marketing at Greenwich University after leaving the Navy, then embarked on a successful career in Marketing & Business Development in both European and Far East markets within the marine industry. He is responsible for product market development.

His interests include sea fishing from his boat for which he is a qualified Yachtmaster and football (Leeds United supporter).

Wacky Fact: Princess Anne’s dog once ate Steve’s pork pie.
