Background: Paul co-founded Martek Marine Ltd and has a background of successful business development in the marine industry. He holds a BSC (Hons) in Chemistry and is particularly experienced with the design of gas measurement systems.
With extensive experience of working in the Far East, Paul is responsible for the long-term growth strategy of the company and the identification and delivery of new business opportunities.
His interests include Rugby League (he is a lifetime passionate supporter of Hull Kingston Rovers and a member of their Board of Directors), motor sport, squash and keep fit.

Wacky Fact: Paul first went into business when he was 7 years old when he picked blackberries from wasteland near his home and sold them to customers outside local shops, undercutting them by 3p per pound.
